Honolulu Memorial Day Parade 1918.

Honolulu paid tribute the Nation’s soldier and sailor dead with a spectacular military pageant followed by Memorial Day exercises at the Nuuanu cemetery….by the…outpouring of tens of thousands and the enthusiasm of the banked throngs that filled both sides of the streets along the entire line of march from the Capitol grounds to Nuuanu cemetery.
